Hello, I am ‘DJ Jules’ and this is my biography:

I have DJ’d professionally for about 25 years in both the UK and abroad and at a broad range of events including private parties, many wedding events, to exclusive beach bars, UK night clubs, pubs and social clubs, to travelling around the UK in East Anglia and the Home Counties for mobile disco events, and have had nationwide residencies in renowned night clubs, bars, and have organised/managed club nights.

With my past DJ experience i have played many genres and styles of music ranging from house music, R&B, northern soul, party classics, 60’s through the decades to the current day and to specific crowds that may want cheesy pop or single genre events perhaps that specify party music, Motown, soul, funk, house etc.

Whatever the music i am asked to play you can be reassured that i have played it to multiple crowds in different parts of the UK or abroad and understand the tracks in any specific genre of music that will get the crowd up on their feet and create a buzz that keeps people smiling and energised.

Party Classics & Dance Floor Fillers  – I was a resident DJ in one of Blackpool’s busiest sea front bars for 4 years and that involved playing classic party tracks and commercial pop to ensure the party crowd were on their feet all-night-long. For me, It’s all about getting the crowd involved, a few words on the microphone and playing the right track at the right time, my years of experience allows me to get the crowd hyped, the dance floor full, and ultimately ensuring everyone has a great night. My goal as a DJ, and to measure a successful night, is people on the dance floor with big smiles, enjoying themselves and creating an amazing atmosphere in the venue.

House Music Passion – So, i play all genres of music but my true passion is for playing house music, and i have played specific nights in clubs and bars where house music is the main genre, i have a huge collection of house music in all it’s amazing variations including tech, funky, disco, electro, deep, commercial, progressive, R&B and Hip-Hop house mashups and remixes and just about every other form of house music. It’s important for me that i take the crowd on a journey, ups and downs, and include those well know tracks with a house remix twist and really enjoy the reaction of people when they hear the vocals and chorus and the vibe in the room turns electric, house is my passion and to play house to an appreciative crowd makes me very happy.

Wedding Events – As a wedding DJ, i can bring the perfect blend of skill, passion, and charisma to every celebration. My talent for reading the crowd and seamlessly transitioning between songs keeps the dance floor alive and buzzing with energy throughout the night. With my extensive music knowledge and keen understanding of different genres and eras, I always create unforgettable moments that cater to every guest’s taste and ensure everyone has a fantastic time. My warm and engaging personality not only shines through my music but also interacting with my newlyweds and their guests, making my wedding couple feel special and ensuring their wedding day is nothing short of magical. I always go above and beyond to make each wedding a truly memorable and joyous occasion.

So, i have a pretty wide and varied career as a DJ but i want to explain my ethos behind the love for what i do why i feel capable to playing to any crowd, with any genre of music, and in any environment:

I have always strived to go beyond my client’s expectations and the expectations of the people attending any event where I am the DJ. I have a real love for many types of music and i enjoy entertaining people and the joy that this brings in being able to bring the party.

I have always believed that the joy of music, and working in the entertainment industry, is the most amazing and incredible privilege and for me being able to contribute my DJ style and play music to a crowd leaves me happy beyond belief, so please let me be the one to ‘Rock Your Next Party’.
